Refund Period:
Our refund policy covers a period of 30 days after the completion of services. The 30-day period begins from the date the services are marked as completed.
Eligibility for Refund:
To be eligible for a refund, your request must be made within the specified 30-day period following the completion of services. Additionally, the services must meet the following criteria:
Refunds will only be issued to the same payment method that was used at the time of purchase.
Refunded services may be revoked or discontinued following the refund.
Once we receive your refund request, our team will evaluate your eligibility for a refund. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. The processing time might depend on your payment service provider, but it generally takes up to 5-7 business days.

Cancellation Policy
At Finix Communication, we strive to provide the best possible service to our clients. However, we understand that there may be circumstances in which you need to cancel a service. We have developed the following policy to accommodate such situations.
- Service Cancellation:
You may cancel a service at any time. However, if you cancel the service within 30 days of the initial purchase or renewal, you can receive a full refund. If you cancel a service after this 30-day period, you will not be eligible for a refund. - Method Of Cancellation:
To cancel a service and request a refund, you must send a cancellation request to our customer service team at info@finixcommunication.com. Your request should include your name, contact information, service details, and the reason for cancellation. Cancellations by phone or in person will not be considered valid. - Refunds: The refund policy for a new purchase is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee where we refund your money if you are dissatisfied with our work. In the case where a client is not completely satisfied with our services, we can provide a refund, which takes a maximum of 30 working days where we process in the client’s account either by credit or direct deposit through the bank account. Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will confirm the details and process the cancellation within 48 hours. If you are eligible for a refund, we will initiate the refund process at this time. Please note that it may take up to 5-7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
- No Refunds On Completed Services:
If we have completed the service, and you have approved the completed work before the cancellation request, you will not be eligible for a refund. - Cancellation By Finix Communication:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any service for a valid reason, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions. In such cases, if you are not in breach of the contract, and if the cancellation occurs within the 30-day period, you will receive a pro-rata refund.
